The invention relates to an antenna array in the microwave/millimetric waveband having a large number of varactor-tunable harmonic oscillators, which are injection-synchronised to the fundamental, as array antenna elements. The antenna polar diagram produced by superimposition of the output signals can be shaped and pivoted as desired by individually adjusting and/or varying the phase (which is infinitely adjustable up to approximately +/-180@) of the individual oscillators.
