A microcolumn liquid chromatograph comprises a microcolumn (1); an eluant feeding unit (2) consisting of a reservoir (3) divided by a ''loose'' diaphragm (4) into two semichambers (5, 6), one of which is connected to a pressure source (7) and the other to an eluant source (8), and to the inlet of the microcolumn (1); a pass-through cuvette (9) of the detector and a receptor (14) of the eluant. The chromatograph is provided with an additional reservoir (1) divided by a ''loose'' diaphragm (11) into two semichambers (12, 13), and with an additional pressure source (15), whereas the semichamber (12) is connected to the outlet of the pass-through cuvette (9) and to the receptor (14) of the eluant and the semichamber (13) to the pressure source (15).
