An ink jet print head comprises a covering plate with a plurality of ink jet nozzles which are formed in an interwoven or zigzag manner on opposite surfaces. Each nozzle is in fluid connection with an ink reservoir and each ink reservoir is connected to a fluid feed channel in the covering plate.
