Two bodies (10, 12) which can rotate are supported such that they can rotate about parallel axes (14, 16). The rotating bodies (10, 12) have strip-shaped permanent magnets (18) at a uniform circumferential interval, the poles of which permanent magnets (18) are located on the outer circumference of the bodies (10, 12) which can rotate and are alternately polarised in opposite directions.
