The invention relates to durable, high-strength construction-material mouldings of which it has been possible to improve the strength values and, in particular, the flexural strength/density ratios considerably with respect to the construction materials to be replaced. Apart from lignocelluloses as reinforcement material, a low-alkali mixture of finely ground foundry sand, gypsum hemihydrate and Portland cement is used as binder, which mixture develops a high adhesive strength to the lignocellulose fibres as a result of its special reaction mechanism.
