PURPOSE:To remove irregularity in film thickness and to make good take-up by reversing a sheet film around a bubble, providing the reversed portion of the film rotatively and moving the film in oscillation. CONSTITUTION:The molten resin kneaded by an extruder 10 and extruded from a die 11 is guided to a stabilizer 17 in the form of a bubble 13, changed by a roll 18 in the form of the sheet, passed on rolls 19-22, between rotary drums 26, 24 and wound about a roll 32 through an opening 29, guide rolls 30, 31. A rotary drum 24 enclosing said bubble 13 rotates at the same speed as the film take-up speed and the support frame 15 makes reciprocating revolution at the upper portion of the bubble and oscillates film feed. When the film is rolled up on the take-up roll 32, unevenness of film thickness at all the periphery of the bubble is dispersed effectively by repetition of such oscillation to take a good product few in uneveness on the film surface wound cylindrically. |
