The present invention relates to a conditioning mower comprising rotary cutting members (2, 3) and conditioning rollers (8, 9). The part of the deflector (17) extending at least partially in the stream (15) of cut fodder thrown rearwards forms, with a vertical plane (22) forming, as seen in top view, substantially the same angle with the longitudinal axis of the rollers (8, 9) as said part of the deflector (17), an acute angle (21) arranged in such a way that the upper edge (19) of the deflector (17) is further away from the middle part of the conditioning mower than its lower edge (20) and that the front edge (23) of the deflector (17) is rounded outwards.
