PURPOSE:To know a result of execution of a work program by a simple operation, by using the result of execution of the work program operated on a host computer, by an integrated OA processing, and describing it in an electronic slip which can be obtained by a terminal. CONSTITUTION:An integrated OA processing part 16 in a host computer 10 offers an electronic filing processing and an electronic mail processing to a terminal. By the electronic filing processing, an electronic slip is fetched 19 is fetched by selecting it in order of a cabinet 17 and folder 18 by an operation of a terminal 30 and displayed on a screen of the terminal 30, and a processing for saving, etc., the electronic slip 19 in the original place again or other place is executed. By the electronic mail processing, a processing for mailing the electronic slip 19 into an arbitrary mail box 20 is executed. A job execution managing part 15 allows a batch processing part 11 and a TSS processing part 12 to execute necessary work program 141-14n in accordance with the execution procedure of a batch processing or a TSS processing. |
