PURPOSE:To obtain a resistor whose electric resistance is kept unchanged by laminating a plurality of kinds of substances so that adjacent substances are different from each other and by making respective film thicknesses to be smaller than de Broglie wavelength of the electron in the substances which constitute the above films. CONSTITUTION:Plural kinds of substances A and B containing one kind of conductivity substances at least are laminated in the form of films each other so that they are adjacent but come to be different ones among them. Respective film thicknesses are formed to be less than de Broglie wavelengths of electrons in the substances A and B which constitute the above films. Then, once electrons move in a resistor, electrons move to spread over interfaces among a plurality of different substances and innumerable electrons are scattered around the interfaces. Principal factors where electric resistance comes into existence at the resistor result in innumerable scatter of electrons at the interfaces among the different substances and then, temperature dependency of electric resistance of the resistor becomes smaller extremely. In this way, the resistor where its electric resistance is kept unchanged is obtained.
|
