PURPOSE:To transfer and record an image to any one of plural recording medium by allowing an intermediate recording means to intermediately carry an image formed by an image forming means. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate recording medium 9 constituting an intermediate recording means A is arranged by means of a recording medium 1 for display and a recording medium 2 for hard copy having respectively different carrying routes. When +40V voltage is impressed to a recording electrode 14, developer is stuck to the recording medium 1 and the medium 1 is moved to obtain an image on a display part E. Then, +5-+10kV voltage is impressed to the medium 1 forming the image by a corona charger 21 at a prescribed timing to recharge the developer, about -2kV voltage is impressed to the medium 9 to transfer the image to the medium 9 by its field power. When the medium 2 is held and adhered between the medium 9 and a carrying roll 8, the image can be transferred and fixed to/on the medium 2. |
