PURPOSE:To improve the atomization effect and to obtain the title spray gun appropriate for finish coating by protruding a paint nozzle member from an air nozzle, and making the protrusion extent adjustable. CONSTITUTION:The paint nozzle member 2 and the air nozzle member 3 are set on the front end of the spray gun 1, and a conical injection guide part 5 and a paint nozzle 6 are formed on the inner surface of the paint nozzle member 2. A conical opening 10 is also formed on the front end of the air nozzle member 3, and a conical annular air nozzle 10' is formed. A spiraling core 19 is mounted in a hollow part 13 at the rear of the paint nozzle 6 to form a spiraling means, and a spray flattening air nozzle 23 is provided. In addition to this constitution, the injection guide part 5 of the paint nozzle member 2 is constituted so that it can be moved to an appropriate position in front of the conical opening 10 of the air nozzle 3. Namely, the paint nozzle member 2 is split into a rear fixed member 2a and a front movable member 2b, and a set screw 27 and an adjusting screw 28 are provided to reciprocate the split member 2 as it is. By such a constitution, the atomization effect on a paint is improved, and a wide-angle sectorial spray can be obtained even at a relatively low pressure.
