PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of old oil with fresh oil in oil exchange by providing a weight type measuring device for measuring old oil and a weight type measuring device for measuring fresh oil. CONSTITUTION:An oil discharge container 2 is accommodated into a case 1 as oil taking-out means, and a load cell 8 as a weight type measuring device for measuring the taking-out quantity is arranged under the oil discharge device 2. A fresh oil container 9 is arranged as oil feeding means, in parallel to the discharge oil container 2 in the case 1, and a load cell 13 as the weight type measuring device for measuring the fresh oil feed quantity is arranged under the fresh oil container 9, too. Since the fresh oil feed quantity is measured through the variation of the oil weight in the frest oil container 9, mixing of old oil with the fresh supplied oil is prevented.
