PURPOSE:To accurately generate an analog pattern signal for various tests, by correcting the gain and polarity of a generated waveform based on data in an ROM at each prescribed cycle. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal S1 generated from a basic analog signal generating circuit 1 is applied to a comparator 21. When a reference voltage of a comparator 21 is zero, a rectangular wave is generated from the comparator 21. A pulse signal to readout data is formed from a stroage device 4 based on the edge of this rectangular wave. Further, the basic analog signal S1 is applied to an analog pattern signal generating circuit 5 and wave-shaped with the data read out from the storage device 4. As a result, an analog signal suitable for the test and adjustment of a magnetic device can be obtained. |
