PURPOSE:To improve operation performance by automatically operating the inching operation means of a hydraulic piston for driving a shift gear when the shift gear is input-operated by a manually speed change operation tool. CONSTITUTION:The shift gears 16, 17, and 18 equipped with the first and second synchromeshes are ON/OFF-operated through shift forks 23, 24, and 25 by the first, second and third hydraulic pistons 20, 21, and 22, and said hydraulic pistons 20, 21 and 22 are operated by a speed change operation tool 26. Further, inching operation is carried out by switching the connection signal to the pulse signal by an inching operation means 36 through a speed change control mechanism 33 interlocked with the speed change operation tool 26 by the first and second speed change device valve 29, 30 and 32. Therefore, the rapid speed change operation can be carried out easily by only switching-operating the speed change operation tool 26.
