PURPOSE:To produce cement harden body having high strength in an early stage by forming cement kneaded mixture contg. cement, aluminum sulfate, sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate and water as main component and by curing at a high temp. CONSTITUTION:The cement kneaded mixture contg. cement, aluminum sulfate, and sodium sulfate and/or potassium sulfate and water as main component is formed. The aluminum sulfate may be anhydride or hydrated aluminum sulfate and preferably is fine powder having <=about 100 mesh particle size. The sodium sulfate and potassium sulfate are used about 50-300pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. aluminum sulfate, and the admixture, aluminum sulfate, sodium sulfate and potassium sulfate, is used about 2-10pts.wt. to 100pts.wt cement. After pre-curing at an ordinary temp. for about 20-90min, the formation is cured at >=about 50 deg.C by raising the temp. in about 30-80 deg.C/hr rate of heating and by keeping the temp. for about 30-60min. |
