PURPOSE:To properly maintain the heating conditions by a heating medium and to stably maintain the composition of reformed gas by providing a means for regulating the detection position of a temp. sensor by which the detection position of reforming temp. in a reforming reaction pipe is changed according to the amount of generated reformed gas. CONSTITUTION:A controller 21 store both the temp. distribution in a reforming reaction pipe in response to the change in the amount of generated reformed gas and the relational data at a point of time for completely finishing reforming reaction on the each temp. distribution which are previously obtained by experiences. A driving motor 19 is driven and controlled based on this so that the position of a detecting element in a pipe of a temp. sensor 9 is regulated to the position showing the finish of reforming reaction the most sharply in response to the fluctuation of the amount of generated reformed gas detected with a flowmeter 20. On the other hand, the temp. detection signal of the temp. sensor 9 is inputted to a controller 10 and the circulating flow rate of a heating medium is controlled so that the amount of heat necessary to reforming reaction is sufficiently given by controlling the divergence of a control valve 6 of flow rate interposed in a circulation line 3 of the heating medium. |
