PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of an access and to shorten the accessing time and to suppress the increase of a converting necessary time by executing the vertical/horizontal conversion and storing the converted data into an external storage device having the work area of a prescribed capacity and the external storage device. CONSTITUTION:First, a buffer A of figure (a) is divided into the size of a vertical direction byte number and horizontal bit 8. First, a vertical/horizontal conversion is executed concerning the mini-block composed of data 1-24. At such a time, the conversion is limited into the mini-block, and a buffer C is used to the stock of the converted data. The data in the buffer C is shown by figure (b). Next, all data in the buffer C are transferred to an original mini-block position in the buffer A. Hereinafter, other mini-block also executes the same- procedure repeatedly. Next, the data are transferred in the good sequence in a regular vertical/horizontal conversion state to a buffer D for an external storage device. At such a time, the sampling sequence is shown such as 1, 25, 49, 2, 26, 50, 3, 27, 51.... By transferring this into an external storage device, the vertical/horizontal conversion is completed on it. |
