<p>PURPOSE:To accurately control the hydrogen chloride concn. in the exhaust gas after reaction to a desired value by taking specified measures to eliminate a dead time in the desalting reaction process of hydrogen chloride by a slaked lime slurry carried out in a reaction tower. CONSTITUTION:The difference Z4 is obtained by starting from the flow rate (u) of a slaked lime slurry as a feedback signal, the deviation DELTAy=y*-Z4 from the hydrogen chloride concn. y* in the exhaust gas after reaction is then obtained, and the deviation DELTAy is inputted to a controller 4 as an actuating signal. The flow rate (u) of the slaked lime slurry is determined and adjusted by the PID action, etc., of the controller 4 based on the deviation DELTAy so that the hydrogen chloride concn. after reaction is controlled to the desired value y* irrespective of a dead time in the desalting reaction process. Accordingly, the hydrogen chloride concn. after reaction can be accurately controlled to the desired value y* without being greatly fluctuated.</p> |
