PURPOSE:To eliminate the accumulation of liquid by setting the outside diameter of a spherical valve body having a penetration hole formed inside and the inside diameter of a spherical space of a casing nearly equal in length. CONSTITUTION:A pocketless valve is equipped with an inflow port 11 and an effluence port 12, and is constituted of a casing 10 having a spherical space 13 formed inside and a spherical valve body 14 arranged in rotatable ways in the spherical space 13. A penetration hole 14a is formed inside the spherical valve body 14, and the outside diameter of the valve body 14 and the inside diameter of the spherical space 13 are nearly equal in length. Therefore, the whole region on the outer surface of the spherical valve body 14 and the whole region of the inner surface of the spherical space 13 contact in slidable ways, and accumulation of liquid is prevented, and a sanitary equipment can be obtained.
