PURPOSE:To improve reliability and durability by setting longer the cylinder of a sliding wheel than the shaft of a fixed wheel and pressurizing the sliding wheels of the first an second revolution shafts by a spring and a transmission controller and using a belt consisting of a number of pole pieces and an annular center body. CONSTITUTION:An extension part 16f is formed on the cylinder 16 of a sliding wheel 18, and a sliding cover 45 is installed at th edge part longer than the top edge of the shaft 11 of a fixed wheel 14, and an extension key groove 16 for receiving three intermediate cylindrical keys 20 is cut on the inner wall, close to the bottom surface of the sealing cover 45. Further, pressurization for the fixed wheel 14 of the sliding wheel 18 is carried out on the second revolution shaft by the operating device 7 of a transmission controller, and carried out on the first revolution shaft by a nonsymmetric spring, and a belt 15 to be used is formed by installing two annular center bodies 15a into the installation grooves 15c of a number of pole pieces 15b. Therefore, high reliability and high durability are secured, and the transmission of a prescribed power along the whole speed change region is secured.
