PURPOSE:To prevent the interval between the upper and the lower pressure- welded layers from being bulky by inserting the pressurewelds of connecting terminals used for the upper pressure-welded layer in the recesses furnished on insulator plates used for the lower pressure-welded layer. CONSTITUTION:The pressure-welds 9 of connecting terminals 6 are connected to wires 10 in a pressure welding, to compose branch circuits, while slots arranged between two blades which compose the pressure-welds 9 break the coverage layers of the wires 10, and they are pressure-welded to core wire conductors to exercise the electric connections. And recesses 12 furnished on an insulator plate 13 are arranged to insert the tips of the pressure-welds 9 of the connecting terminals of the upper pressure-welded layer when the branch connection box is assembled. In such a way, the pressure-welds 9 of the upper pressure-welded layer are inserted to the recesses 12 of the lower pressure-welded layer, and the interval between the upper and the lower layers can be reduced.
