ANALYZING DEVICE FOR PROGRAM CONTENTS

PURPOSE:To easily identify the difference of contents of execution caused by a program change by comparing the result of analysis of the working contents of a program with that of another program prepared separately and displaying the result of this comparison for output. CONSTITUTION:A changed program to be analyzed and stored in a magnetic tape device 2 is sent to an internal memory 4 of an analyzing device 1. The device 1 analyzes the working contents of said program and the result of this analysis is stored again in the device 2 or a magnetic disk device 3. Then the result of analysis stored in the device 2 or 3 is compared with that of an unchanged program prepared separately. The result of this comparison including the differential of both analysis results is displayed and outputted. Thus it is possible to easily identify the difference of contents of execution due to a program change.
