PURPOSE:To enable the sure decision of an inter-music by detecting a non-signal state for specified time by making a high speed heading state after detecting a specified non-signal time in a reproducing state. CONSTITUTION:If a system is taken as being about to complete a music in a reproducing state a mode storing means 2 stores its being in a reproducing state. When the system becomes in the state of a non-signal, it is discriminated by a detection means 1 and a counting means 3 counts the time thereof. In case of reaching 1/2 of the time tau1 when the counting value is decided to the intermusic it is stored by a memory means 5 and transferred to a high speed heading state as well. At this time a 2nd counting means 4 counts the time of non-signal by the system mode stored in the means 2. Since 1/2tau1 is stored by the means 5 if this counting value is more than 1/2 of the time tau2 for deciding its being intermusic it is decided to be intermusic by an intermusic deciding means 6.
