PURPOSE:To prevent the unbalanced load and smoothly perform the rotation of an operating shaft by arranging the switch operating face of a control cam and the switch operating face of a mode judging cam at positions pinching the operating shaft from both sides in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:The switch operating faces 61 of cams are arranged at positions pinching the operating shaft 12 from both sides in the radial direction. Forces applied to the operating shaft 12 through the cams are offset and balanced on this operating shaft 12, the unbalanced load from one side in the radial direction is not applied to this operating shaft 12 although multiple cams 42, 47, 48 are provided on the same operating shaft 12. The load on the bearing portion of the operating shaft 12 is thereby reduced, the unbalanced abrasion at the bearing portion can be prevented, end the rotation of the operating shaft 12 is made smooth.
