PURPOSE:To introduce only a solvent part having a high concentration of a sample component into a mass analyzer, by mixing a second solvent, which has the different specific gravity from solvent for separating liquid and the different solubility with respect to the sample component and does not have compatibility, with the separating liquid by liquid chromatography (LC), and thereafter separating both solvents with an enricher utilizing centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:Expanding liquid (solvent) A by LC comprising water and n- butanol is sent to a sampling valve 23 with a pump 22. The liquid is mixed with a sample (a) and sent to a column 24. Second solvent B comprising chloroform and n-butanol is added to separating liquid, which is the output of the column 24, and mixed in a mixer in micelle state. Then the sample component is separated into either water or chloroform. The output liquid of the mixer 27 is centrifugally separated in an enricher having a new structure. Only one solvent (chloroform in the Figure) is sent into a mass analyzer 29.
