PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sealing agent suitable for substrate treatment in processing such as coating, causing small reduction in weight, having excellent workability, drying properties and adhesivity to building materials such as plywood, capable of extremely improving weather resistance of coating film, by blending a urethane coating compound with sawdust. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. urethane coating compound is blended with preferably 5-20pts.wt. sawdust to give the aimed sealing agent. Sawdust having 5-10% water content, pH 4-6 and <=100 meshes is preferable as the sawdust.
