PURPOSE:To facilitate the bending of a bellows part and to reduce manufacturing cost, by forming the body into a laminate structure consisting of an aluminum foil and a plastic film. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum foil 4 coated with a plastic film 5 is formed into a cylindrical shape and inserted in a mold 10 having annular recessed and protruding parts 9 formed to the inner surface thereof at a predetermined pitch to apply a lid 11 to the mold 10. Thereafter, compressed air is sent in the mold 10 while the mold 10 is heated to 100-110 deg.C to be held at that temp. and the aluminum foil 4 is pressed to the surfaces of the recessed and protruding parts 9 of the mold 10 to form the bellows part 6 of the body 2. Subsequently, a lid body 3 is integrally welded to one end part of the body 2 and, after the body 2 is filled with content from the opening part 2a provided to the other end thereof, other lid body 3 is welded to said opening part 2a to obtained a product.
