PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the exclusion of packing paper and to perform unpacking without erroneous disposal, by constituting a picker part removing the cover packing material of a package of the main suction cup and auxiliary suction cup communicating with a vacuum source and moving the auxiliary suction cup prior to the main suction cup. CONSTITUTION:When a package A1 from which a wire B is removed falls on a turntable 2 to drive conveyor rollers 25 and the sent out to a feed conveyor 3 to stop at the predetermined position of a stopper 77, a suction unit suspended from above falls by a lift motor 38 and stops when contacts with the upper packing paper C of the package A1 and the auxiliary suction cup 36 among the main suction cup 35 and auxiliary suction cup 36 of the suction pad allowed to communicate with a vacuum pump 34 moves at least prior to the main suction cup 35 to float the packing paper from the content of the package A1 and the lift motor 38 is reversed to raise the packing paper C upwardly. When the packing paper C is moved laterally by a truck 43 to reach the upper of a packing paper receiving box the upper side packing paper C is allowed to fall.
