PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of energy an to certainly sterilize Bacillus saprogenes, by recirculating a heated lysozyme solution between an aseptic chamber, a liquid feed pipe and a filling tank. CONSTITUTION:A heated lysozyme solution of 30-40 deg.C is recirculated between an aseptic chamber, a liquid feed pipe and a filling tank before the stat of operation. For example after a CIP tank 4 is washed, the lysozyme solution with a concn. of 500mu/ml is injected in the CIP tank 4 and subsequently heated to 370 deg.C by a heater to be fed into the pipe by a pump 5. The aforementioned lysozyme solution is injected in the filling tank 1 by the spray ball 6 provided in said tank 1 and injected in the chamber 3 by an nozzle 7 and fed through the pipe and recirculated for 2hr to perform sterilization. By this method there is no possibility of th elution of an iron component due to steam and used heretofore and the possibility of deteriorating refined sake is eliminated. Further, Bacillus saprogenes can be certainly sterilized and the heat energy necessary for sterilization is reduced.
