PURPOSE:To prevent a device from being operated even in the case of mis- operation by providing a setting means and a deciding means to the controller. CONSTITUTION:If a device 21 is in operation because it remains left unswitched, a display lamp 12 of an adaptor 1 is lighted, it is communicated to the controller 20, and a display means 24 displays the operating state. In depressing the operation switch of an input means 23, a control signal for stopping the device 21 is outputted to the adaptor 1 through a communication means 22. If the operation switch of the input means 23 is depressed in error, an output to operate the device 21 is outputted from the input means 23 to an arithmetic means 26, but the deciding means 27 of the arithmetic means 26 reject the acceptance of the output from the input means 23 because the means 27 receives the setting state of the setting means 25.
