CONSTITUTION:In the message with a form having a transmission origin address and a reception destination address as address information and having the route information to be used in communication with another communication network, the in-terminal route information which represents the transmission origin/reception destination of the data in a terminal equipment, etc., and the data to be processed at the reception destination in the terminal, the header information consisting of the data representing the presence/absence of the route information and a proper code representing the existence of the data is attached at the front of the route information, and the header information consisting of the data representing the presence/absence of the in-terminal route information and the specification, etc., of the data to be performed at the reception destination in the terminal and the proper code representing the existence of the data is attached at the front of the in-terminal route information. In such a way, a range to be processed by a gateway, etc., in the message is clarified even when the message exchange are performed in the dataways 23 and 25, etc., and even in the reception terminals 26, 28, and 210, the range to be processed by its own terminal is clarified.
