PURPOSE:To eliminate wasteful communication and to realize efficient equipment control at the time of controlling a terminal equipment, by attaching a response means of information for the collection of the state information of the terminal equipment connected to a main and a sub communication lines, and inquiry for the equipment control and an equipment state from the main and the sub communication lines. CONSTITUTION:An inter-different communication line communication control equipment 11 is constituted of a main communication line side communication control equipment part 1, a sub communication line side communication control equipment part 3, a control part 2, and a data buffer part 4, and outputs an initialization information signal to all terminal equipments connected to the control equipment 3 via the sub communication line 6 at the time of applying a power source. The terminal equipment receiving the signal responds to the control equipment 11 by transmitting the present state of the terminal equipment as a response signal. The control equipment 11 judges that the terminal equipment of response origin can be controlled, and also, registers the state of the terminal equipment as a terminal information table. Also, when the state of the terminal equipment is changed, the content of the terminal information table held by the control equipment 11 is rewritten by receiving a state change signal transmitted to the control equipment 11 via the sub communication line 6. Also, a reverse case where the main and the sub communication lines are switched can be established similarly.
