PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for control at the side of an information receiver task by registering an event notice among tasks on a holding queue of a semaphore in the order of priorities and then allocating them to the information receiver tasks in the register order. CONSTITUTION:A new event notice having the highest priority A is given to notice receiver task 40 from a notice transmitter task 30 via a semaphore 20. In such a case, the task 40 is processing the vent notice of the priority B lower than the priority A by a rank. Thus a priority even notice register means 11 registers the even notice of the priority A on a holding queue of the semaphore 20. A priority checking means 12 detects that said new event notice is registered on the head of the queue of the semaphore 20 and compares the priority A with the priority B of the event notice which is processed by the task 40. In this case, a processing state control means 13 preserves the state under processing to prepare for the processing start of the priority A since the priority A is higher than the priority B.
