POLYMER FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a polymer film composed of a vinylidene fluoride/ trifluoroethylene copolymer containing a metal complex pigment, having a dielectric constant increased by a factor of ten or more without increasing electrical conductivity and utilizable as a small-sized capacitor, etc. CONSTITUTION:A vinylidene fluoride/trifluoroethylene copolymer and >=5% of a metal complex pigment (preferably a nickel complex) are dissolved in e.g. dimethylformamide and a film of 0.5mum thick is formed from the dope by spin-coating process. Since the obtained film has a dielectric constant increased by a factor of ten or more without increasing electrical conductivity in a specific frequency zone, it is useful as a polymer film having high dielectric constant and low loss.
