摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare a food having soft peripheral part, by pouring a cooled dough to the circumferential face of a main body of a food to effect the adhesion of the dough and baking the product. CONSTITUTION:A main body 10 of a food such as bean jam squeezed from a depositor is transferred with a belt conveyor 12 to a conveyor 13. Separately, a dough 20 produced by kneading cereal flour with sugar, butter, water, etc., is cooled to -3-+10 deg.C in a vessel 18 provided with a lid 21 and a jacket 22, supplied to a nozzle 26 via a pump 23 and a hose 25 and poured to the circumference of the main body 10 from above. The remaining part of the dough is circulated to the vessel 18 via a supporting plate 27, a delivery port 28 and a hose 30. The semi-finished product 31 composed of the main body 10 and the dough 20 adhering to the circumference of the main body is transferred with a conveyor 32 to the surface of a baking pan 35 placed on a conveyor 33 and baked in an oven.
