PURPOSE:To simultaneously form an inward burring at both sides of a work and to improve the productivity by forming a cylindrical die by abutting the die holder of bisected die by a guide cam and descending pad and pressing a punch couple by a driving cam. CONSTITUTION:The work W in the inner side dimension equal to the width a bisected die 3 is mounted thereon and the bisected die 3 is pressed down together with its die holder 4 with the descent of the pad 26 of an upper die 25. The driven part 14 of the die holder 4 is transferred along the guide cam 7 guide face at both sides and abuts an opposed split die 3 by approaching it to form a cylindrical die. A pair of the punch holders 6 crossing in the progressing direction of the die holder 3 are pressed by a descending cam 33 and a punch 5 is pressed to execute burring. A formed work W i thereafter taken off with the retreat of the punch 5 and bisected die 3. The work W forming the inner side burring whose shaft center is coincident is worked once to improve the productivity.
