PURPOSE:To obtain a heat resistant cast steel having high temp. characteristics and room temp. elongation characteristics by regulating each content of C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Al, Ti, B and W oxygen content and cleanliness. CONSTITUTION:Said heat resistant cast steel contains, 0.3-0.6% C, 2.0% Si, <=2.0% Mn, 20.0-30.0% Cr, 30.0-40.0% Ni, 0.02-0.50% Al, 0.04-0.50% Ti, 0.0002-0.004% B, 0.5-5.0% W and the balance consisting substantially of Fe. In said heat resistant cast steel, <=50ppm oxygen content and <=0.05% cleanliness (d%) (JIS.G.0555) are furthermore regulated. The heat resistant cast steel combines high temp. characteristics and good room temp. elongation characteristics. Said heat resistant cast steel therefore resists the use at high temp. well and has excellent resistance to the generation of failure such as cracks, etc., at the time of the rising of driving and at the time of lowering temp. in cooling.
