PURPOSE:To improve the welding efficiency and quality by supplying cooling water to a body of rotation by pipings and supplying the electricity to an electrode via a jacket and an electric brush to generate an arc and blowing off shielding gas around the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Water is fed from the pipings 15 and 16 to the body 10 of rotation to carry out the cooling. Further, the electricity is supplied from the pipings 15 and 16 to the electrode via the jacket 3 and the electric brush 7 to generate the arc. At the same time, the shielding gas is injected from a nozzle cap 22 via a through hole 19. By constituting in this way, the optional oscillation is made possible at the time of welding and the welding quality and efficiency can be improved.
