PURPOSE:To improve resistances to sound and vibration remarkably, by a method wherein the curable body layer of liquid polymeric composite, consisting of liquid dien polymer containing hydroxyl group, polyisocyanate compound and solid rubber chips, is formed on the surface of a base sheet. CONSTITUTION:A curable body layer of liquid polymeric composite, consisting of liquid dien polymer containing hydroxyl group, polyisocyanate compound and solid rubber chips, is formed on the surface of a base sheet. A liquid dien polymer, provided with hydroxyl group in and/or at the terminal of the molecular chain thereof and the number-average molecular weight of 300-25,000, can be used as the liquid dien polymer containing hydroxyl group. The polyisocyanate compound is an organic compound, having two or more of isocyanate groups in one molecular and containing reactive isocyanate group based on the hydroxyl group of the liquid dien polymer containing hydroxyl groups. The chips of natural rubber, synthetic rubber or the mixture or composite of natural rubber and synthetic rubber are used as the solid chips. This laminated is improved especially in the resistances to sound and vibration remarkably and is excellent in other fundamental characteristics for building materials or structural materials.
