PURPOSE:To attain printing at every picture frame through one operation by optically projecting two picture frames of an information recording medium to other recording medium, rotating the projected picture with a picture rotating means and split-scanning the picture. CONSTITUTION:When two picture frames are aligned in an up-and-down direction on a microfilm F, a prism 3 is allowed to rotate by 90 deg. through a belt 6 by operating an operation part 4. The projected picture of the film F is rotated by 90 deg. in a horizontal direction, shown by regions (a) and (b). And to be in a split scan mode is inputted in a control means by a split scan mode selection key and printing is started by depressing a print key. By scanning and exposing the area (a) and the area (b) with mirrors 7 and 8, the printing at every picture frame can be formed. Thus, even if the picture frames are aligned in a vertical or a horizontal direction, the printing at every picture frame can be executed through one operation without moving the film.
