PURPOSE:To provide a package capable of storing an article to be packed in a hermetically sealed state during the period up to the time of reuse after the package is once opened, by arranging a freely openable and closable fastener along the vicinity of the inside of a center seal part. CONSTITUTION:An article 2 to be packed is successively sent to a bag manufacturing apparatus 7 by the finger 11 provided to a feed apparatus 10 for feeding the article to be packed and covered with a strip like film 6 in a cylindrical shape. The strip-like part 23 of the male/female fastener 3 supplied through guide rails 26-26 is heated by upper and lower opposed welding sealers 27-27 to be thermally bonded to the inner surface of a cylindrical film 8. By this method, the freely openable and closable male/female fastener 3 is provided to the further inner side of the center seal part 1a formed to a package 1. By this constitution, when a part of the article 2 to be packed is taken out of the package 1 by opening the center seal part 1a of said package 1 and the remaining article 2 to be packed is stored, said article can be stored in a hermetically sealed state by closing the male/female fastener 3.
