Then, a CR oscillating circuit 2a uses an electromotive force C corresponding to the illuminance from the optical sensor 1 as the power source to output a frequency signal D. At this time, if a counter 2C is preliminarily reset by a pulse G1 from a generating circuit 9 and it is the time when a pulse G2 from the generating circuit 9 is changed from logical level ''Low'' to ''High'', an AND gate 2b permits the frequency signal D from the CR oscillating circuit 2a to pass through only for about 1msec by the pulse G2, and the counter 2c is operated to count it. |
