发明名称 METHOD FOR CHARGING RAW MATERIAL IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To uniformize gas permeability in a furnace and to stabilize furnace condition in the blast furnace by charging fine grain ore into the furnace wall side at the time of charging raw material in the blast furnace providing bell-less raw material charging apparatus and alternately charging mixed layers of coke and ore and coke layers in the whole furnace. CONSTITUTION:At the time of charging the iron ore and the lump coke in the blast furnace 4 with the bell-less raw material charging apparatus, the fine grain ore (c), coke (a), ore (b) are in order laminated in a top furnace hopper 2 from a fine grain ore hopper 8, coke hopper 9 and ore hopper 10. Further, in the other side top furnace hopper 2a, the coke (a) is beforehand charged and after forming the coke layer 6 by charging the coke (a) from the hopper 2a, the fine grain ore (c) is charged into the furnace wall side 5 by the gyrating chute 3 from the hopper 2, and successively the coke (a) and the ore (b) are mixed at the top furnace part to charge as the mixed layer 7 for both. By repeating this, the permeability of ascending gas in the furnace is uniformized in the radial direction in the furnace, and the stabilization of the furnace condition and productivity of the blast furnace are improved.
