PURPOSE:To share a ventilating facility with the other facility in the other zone by directly coupling an air conditioner to the casing of a device in which plenty of heat is generated and removing the heat which is generated in the casing by circulating air which is sucked and exhausted from the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner 9 is composed of a circulating fan 10 and a cooler 11, a suction pipe 12 and an exhaust pipe 13 from the air conditioner 9 are connected to a casing 2a of a power supply panel 2 and a duct in which air is circulated is formed. The cooler 11 is connected to a chilled water piping 14 of a refrigerator which is always operated in a nuclear power plant. The whole ventilating facility 15 in a power source panel room 1 of a recirculating pump is divided from a ventilating air conditioning facility 17 in the other zone 16 and equipped, and said two air conditioners are composed to be shared. The heat which is generated in the power source panel 2 is not released in the power source panel room 1 of the recirculating pump and effectively removed by the use of the air conditioner 9.
