<p>PURPOSE:To improve an operability by directly loading the both of a 1st tape cassette of standard type and the 2nd tape cassette smaller than the 1st tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:In the case of loading a 1st tape cassette, it is transferred and loaded by a 1st cassette holder 9 from a 1st position A to a 2nd position B. In the case of loading a 2nd tape cassette, then, a tray type adaptor 6 is moved along a guide rail 7 when a selection button 8 is pushed in advance, and stopped at a 3rd position C. When it is mounted on the specified position of the tray type adaptor 6 directly from an upper part opening in this state, whether it is in a correct position or not is discriminated and in a normal case the tray type adaptor 6 is transferred to a recordable or reproduceable 2nd position from the 3rd position by a 2nd cassette transfer means. Two kinds of cassettes can thus be loaded when one deck without using the adaptor of other device.</p> |
