<p>PURPOSE:To reduce drop-out of a reproduced signal by rotating a rotating drum in the same direction as a magnetic tape in accordance with 3-fold speed queue operation and review operation at the time of reproducing of these operations. CONSTITUTION:A key input control circuit 16 and a drum control circuit 15 which has a function to control the rotation direction of a drum 2 are added to a normal reproducing circuit. When the three-fold speed review operation is set by an operation key, the control circuit 16 discriminates that the running direction of the magnetic tape is reverse, and the control circuit 5 rotates and drives the rotating drum 2 in the reverse direction. Consequently, though the tape is run at three-fold normal reproducing speed, the relative speed is equal to that of three-fold speed queue operation because the tape and the drum are rotated in the same direction. Thus, drop-out of the reproduced signal is reduced and the noise of a reproduced picture or sound is reduced.</p> |
