PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed in a multi-job system by producing both the processing information and requests via a requester processing part. CONSTITUTION:A print requester program 3 works with an instruction received from a work station 10 and transmits a print request 1 to a spool control program 4. In this case the number of the station 10 and the treatment method decided after the end of output are used as the treatment information and added to the request 1 to be sent to the program 4. This program 4 controls a printer control system 31 and adds the treatment information 8 when the information 2 on the occurrence of an event is sent to a monitor program 5. The program 5 receives the information 2 and the information 8 to perform properly the subsequent processes.
