Pyridazine derivs. (I)[R1=H, lower alkyl; Ar=aromatic radical; R2=- (CH2)n-N-Y,Z; n=2,3; Y, Z=lower alkyl, useful as a curing agent for psychotonic type mental disease, were prepd. Thus, a mixt. contg. 10.3g 3-chloro-4-methyl-6-phenyl-pyridazine and 7.5g butylamine in 100ml butanol was refluxed for 48hr, extd. with ethylacetate, 5N- H2SO4, and chloroform, dissolved in isopropanol and heated with tartario acid to give 3-butylamino-4-methyl- 6phenylpyridazine.tartarate. |
