PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molded article having high critical current density, comprising polycrystal processed to have average particle diameter of crystal grain of <=a specific value. CONSTITUTION:A given amount of raw material powder to give a superconductor by sintering is blended and burnt to give a burnt material, which is ground into <=1mu average particle diameter by automatic mortar method, atomizer method or ball mill method. Then the fine powder is optionally kneaded with water, molded in powder under pressure into a given shape, sintered and optionally annealed. |
