PURPOSE:To prevent accumulation of phase shift between calculation result of a computer and actual output from a waveform generating circuit, by detecting phase shift of an output waveform of the waveform generating circuit from a referential point and producing a command value for next step terminal voltage based on the detected phase shift. CONSTITUTION:A phase shift detecting circuit 500 for detecting phase lag with reference to a timing signal SYNC based on the timing signal SYNC fed from a sinusoidal wave generating circuit 200 and an output from a terminal voltage detector 102 for generator is provided. Detected signal is taken into a computer 100 and employed for determining amplitude and phase of generator terminal voltage in next step (next timing) and initial value of phase in frequency calcula tion. Since next step values are calculated in the fidelity computer 100 based on a detected phase shift of output from the sinusoidal wave generating circuit 200, system constant can be simulated with high fidelity. |
